Resumen del Libro:

Simón Bolívars famous Letter from Jamaica, written on the 6th September 1815, during his self-incurred exile in Kingston, Jamaica. Writing in response to a letter from Henry Cullen, he put forward the reasons that caused the fall of the Second Republic of Venezuela within the context of the independence of the nation.
