Central American Women Poetry: Modern And Post Modern Writers From Central America

Resumen del Libro:

One of the main objectives of this dissertation is to insert the corpus of Central American women writers into their own national literary canon. In analyzing various aspects of their poetic works, we are able to properly place these writers within the Central American canon. With that in mind, this research specifically explores the characteristics of identity as a theme, and presents the literary corpus of five Central American women writers, both from modernity and post-modernity.
