Resumen del Libro:

Chase is still the best known of Costa Rican short story writers, and in these nine stories, he returns to the literature of the fantastic vein, which first brought him notice outside of Costa Rica. This is particularly evident in the title story, Quimera, and Super Nova. The last text is an Ars Poetica in which he compares the conceptualization of his stories to that of the Uruguayan Felisberto Hernández –Handbook of Latin American Studies, v. 58.
